Product Introduction

An emergency relief valve is a safety device that opens and closes automatically through pressure sensing, without external power or manual intervention. When the pressure inside the equipment exceeds the safe set value, or when the vacuum level exceeds the limit, the valve opens instantly to release pressure quickly. After the pressure returns to the normal range, it automatically closes and seals, ensuring continuous and safe system operation.

Different from conventional breather valves, emergency relief valves feature large flow relief capacity, rapid response, and reliable sealing, and are specially designed for extreme emergency operating conditions.

BasCo emergency relief valves are pressure emergency relief valves. When the pressure inside the storage tank reaches the set pressure, the valve disc separates from the valve seat, the valve opens, and pressure is released. When the pressure drops below the set pressure, the valve disc resets and the valve closes. The hinge support limiting mechanism and pin-and-hole limiting structure of BasCo emergency relief valves ensure accurate resetting of the valve disc.

BasCo emergency relief valves are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with international and domestic standards such as API2000, ISO28300, and GB/T. They have obtained qualification certificates including EAC, DNV, and explosion-proof certificates.
